PC Precision well equipped with Auto lathe machines, CNC auto lathe machines, Centre-less Grinding Machines, CNC Machining Centre and other in-house laboratory devices for testing and quality control that handle finishing products and other performance /evaluation tests. We adopt AQL sampling plan and indeed run a full inspection before delivery to our respective customers.
Automatic bar-feed Lathes & Automatic bar-feed Cold-forming Machines enable us to produce product efficiently. Thus large quantity order can be handled at reasonable costs.
CNC Turning Machines are our most commonly used machines. We can accommodate complex parts with tight tolerance requirements in any quantity or unique size. A wide range of part sizes can also be manufactured with our CNC Lathes.
CNC Milling Machines allow us to perform multiple secondary operations to our lathes, as well as to produce complete parts. We can handle a wide range of sizes and features by using customized fixtures and setups.
CNC Machining Centre can produce parts with higher precision than most of other machines in the industry. We can handle extremely small and detailed parts with unbeatable accuracy. Customized fixtures are also prepared with this computer-controlled equipment.
Finishing such as passivation, plating and heat treatment are all covered by PC Precision so that your parts can arrive ready-to-use for your application. We can accommodate any finish requirements with regards to our customers’ special needs.
